This is the first ceramic thing that I ever made. I did some cleaning and gave some stuff away to an art sale for a local JC art club. Well, two years later I found my rattle rock at one of their sails and it seemed to be the only thing left that I made back in 2002. It was a dollar and I paid to have it back since it was the first thing I made. My art teacher graded me down because he felt I could have done more with it. I liked how it looked. I put some clay balls inside so it would rattle when you shake it.
I guess so. I also gave away a figure of Batman that looked too fad and a figure of Superman that looked too thin. I guess Batman ate all of Superman's food. I heard that the Ceramics teacher gave had gotten them from the sale and put them in his grand kid's room. I had also done a larger Magic the Gathering Clay Statue and a guy that saw me making the second one said that he had the first and it was in his front yard. I have no idea what happened to my baby dragon or the figure of the Devil or anything else. I tossed out anything I thought looked bad and the other stuff I didn't like but thought looked ok went to the sale.

The idea of this contest is to set you up completely blind with a mythical being - from any world culture - and turn you loose to come up with a deviation based around it!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
